BERLIN (Reuters) – German premium carmaker BMW (ETR:) on Wednesday mentioned its second-quarter gross sales fell by 1.3% year-on-year to 618,826 autos.
In its key market China, gross sales had been 4.7% decrease at 188,495 autos.
In BMW’s dwelling market Germany, gross sales dropped by 11.5% to 68,351 vehicles, whereas in the USA, they had been up 1.7%, rising to 97,135 autos.
Gross sales of battery-electric autos (BEV) jumped by 22.2% to 107,933 autos within the April-June interval.
